Our mission is to catalyze collaboration among researchers, practitioners, educators, and policymakers to address the multifaceted challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and promote their full participation and inclusion in society.

Through our collaborative efforts, we strive to:

IPARRT supports interdisciplinary research initiatives to expand understanding of disability-related issues, explore novel interventions, and advance evidence-based practices that enhance the lives of students, youth, and adults with disabilities.
2. Provide Specialized Training
We offer specialized training programs designed to equip educators and vocational rehabilitation professionals with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services, support inclusive practices, and promote competitive integrated employment.
3. Foster Innovation and Best Practices
By facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange, IPARRT fosters innovation and disseminates best practices in rehabilitation research, education, and service delivery.
